The pulverized coal distributor is a key equipment in the blast furnace coal injection system of steel plants, responsible for evenly distributing pulverized coal to the blast furnace tuyeres. Below is a detailed introduction:

 - **Structural Features**: The new type of pulverized coal distributor is typically a conical cavity container, with distribution branch pipes proportionally and evenly arranged on the upper side of the cavity container, forming a 90-degree right angle or 120-degree angle with the diagonal branch pipes of the distributor cavity container. Its outlets can be divided into 6-35 pipes, with pipe diameters including 15, 20, 25, and others. The branch pipe connection methods include flange type, butt weld threaded type, and butt weld type.

 - **Working Principle**: Pulverized coal enters the inner cavity of the distributor from the conveying pipeline. Due to the sudden increase in volume, utilizing gas dynamics principles, the pulverized coal evenly enters each distributor branch pipe. For example, in a conical distributor, the total outlet area of the branch pipes is similar to the inlet channel area. When a high-pressure solid-gas flow enters the inner cavity, it forms a strong vortex that envelops the pulverized coal and then evenly distributes it to each branch pipe. 

- **Performance Parameters**: Suitable medium is dry pulverized coal, operating temperature ≤80°C, operating pressure 1.6MPa-2.5MPa, distribution error ≤5%.
